Very central, but hard to find no sign outside door. The room was modern and the shower room was clean and bright.
The room did not have airconditioning we are returning to Madrid in August, feel we would need a room with airconditioning then. The matress on the bed had a fitted protective cover - it was uncomfortable during the night, made me hot and sticky.

The location is perfect..Really close to Gran Via yet hidden away on a small street. The staff were really kind, great welcoming. Had a tv in the room which was also good.
The photos of the room on the website are slightly deceiving, we didnt get any daylight at all in our room even though there was a window, because the shutter was purposly stuck with a peg! The room is very small and you can hear every noise that is made in the building including the same song being played repeatedly by receptionist on his laptop ( possibly due to an obsession with that song) i dont know..!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
The toilet had some sort of strange engine and made horrible noises

The room I was given had a very small bathroom, the rooms are poorly insulated, you hear conversations clearly in-room neighbors. It is necessary to request the passwords every day breakfast which in turn is quite poor, had never seen a breakfast so. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff. I do not recommend. Very poor value for money. If the price were lower I could see the service but in my case I paid € 95 for one night. For that price was much better elsewhere.

The hostel is located very centrally. The most important spots of the city can be reached within short walking time. Bars and restaurants are close by, the Metro is just 5 minute away. The rooms are small but clean, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Good value for money, recommended mostly for rather young travellers without children.
The rooms facing the street can get pretty noisy during weekend nights. Some things might be easily fixed: The WIFI in our room only worked standing next to the door. Our room close to the entrance was quite noisy, maybe the door could be improved to impede hearing everybody coming and leaving.

Very good location: next to all the main attractions.
Breakfast not included and outside the hotel. Bathroom very tiny, not functional at all. We had to change of bedroom to get a minimum comfort!!

Staff were warm and friendly. We complained about the original room we were given, they allowed us to change.
Walls are way too thin, can hear everything from hallway and other rooms. Do not like how we were charged when we booked, but were not warned of this before we placed the booking.
